i couldnt apply online via singpass. fuck. th day befo th o level results were released, th cc told me to call singpass hotline cos theres smth wrong with th registration. th next day, i called them and they told me to call Ica since i used to lost my Ic and they didnt update. on th day that i came to collect my new Ic, they called and told me that they've found my old Ic. and so i took my old Ic without having to pay any charges. and then, they never update.
