Already viewed eight houses so far. And we decided to stop viewing more. Cos it's kinda tiring and buat pening kepale when you have more choices to choose from. We've already made a decision.

These are the houses that we viewed, in order.

1. Blk 940 Jurong West Street 91, #03 (corridor unit, next to lift lobby) - $300,000

th very first house tht our agent brought us. already vacant unit. but kind of far from th main road. and for this house, whole reno needs to be done. in a bad shape.

2. Blk 276B Jurong West Ave 3, #14 (corridor unit) - $330,000 (negotiable)

969 sqft, Malay seller, viewed on: 14th Oct

nicely renovated house, but location wise ... nah-uh. inconvenient. too far from everywhere. husband yang choose to view this house from th agent listing. kind of small.

3. Blk 534 Jurong West Street 52, #02 (corner unit) - $308,000

980 sqft, Malay seller, viewed on: 14th Oct

again, husband choose to view this house from th agent listing. 4NG model. don't really like th shape of th house cos susah nak hias. but a very large kitchen.

4. Blk 749 Jurong West Street 73, #04 (next to corner unit) - $350,000 (negotiable)

coincidentally, we happened to view my mum's very good friend house. dah jodoh aku kan rasanya shortlisted this house walaupun it's a corridor unit. cos from prop guru, i only shortlisted all th corner units. husband really loves th unit. and yah, after all th viewings, we decided to choose this house. ibu pun mintak tawar from nek jah. she's th owner of th house. nicely renovated. just opposite gek poh. we're trying to nego till 320k, with no cash involved. nek jah pun mintak extension 2 more months once we get th key, so we will move in around april i guess. and a good thing if we decide to take her house, she told ibu tht she'll leave some of her unwanted things behind. thank you so much! such a kind hearted lady. but still, i wanna reno back th kitchen and toilets, and do a wall mounted tv, and built-in furniture at our master bedroom. below are some pictures of th house.

5. Blk 929 Jurong West Street 92, #04 (corner unit) - $310,000 (negotiable)

when i stepped inside this unit, i like it. cos rumah da kosong. with no kitchen cabinets at all, so nak reno senang. furthermore, this blk is going through HIP plan right now, and we will save cost to reno th toilets, and th front door. viewed with mum & dad, and dad said th vacant unit is okay. tak "berhantu". hahahah. asked my dad to come along for viewing cos he can sense and see these supernatural stuff. but husband don't like 900+ areas. agent letting go at 305K.

6. Blk 850 Jurong West Street 81, #14 (next to corner unit) - $335,000 (negotiable)

i really love this house. alr vacant. a malay seller alr moved to th east side. th interior is well maintained. kitchen and toilet just renovated. balcony access dia tak pecah. not much reno works have to be done. and its so peaceful, windy, with a good view. but my husband rejected cos it's th last floor. and blk dia terlalu hujung mengadap highway. agent last offer 310K.

7. Blk 820 Jurong West Street 81, #04 (next to corner unit) - $350,000

dapat rumah india mari laa pulak. store room dia tempat sembahyang. a very, very spacious house. alr built-in furnitures. owner family alr dah balik negeri, leaving him alone to settle th selling of his unit. IF we nego kurang, confirm dia accept nye. but tu lah. rumah india. barang leceh. rejected.

8. Blk 725 Jurong West Ave 5, #09 (next to corner unit) - $338,000 (negotiable)

we viewed this house in total darkness. electricity alr cut off. i don't know why our agent arranged viewing at night, with no lights. (-.-") and there's a few big cockroaches at th kitchen. aku tak masuk sampai toilet dapur k. geli. but th house is nice! just have to reno th toilets and kitchen only. th window grills looks expensive. flooring pun ok. location pun ok.

There are actually 2 more units that we are supposed to view. Blk 825 (alr vacant unit) and blk 929 which we were supposed to view yesterday but, seller on hold. Sad. Cos rumah corner and th kitchen cabinet is nice! I'm okay with 749 but i enjoy a little bit of peace. Not beside th main road or what. But takpe lah. Kite go je. Aku pun dah malas nak view rumah-rumah lain. It's all up to our agent and nek jah's agent now. Irfaan, please help us try your best to nego!! Hopefully we will get all th things done by end of this month. :)
